As a member of one of the worlds largest Workday-certified teams, youll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, youll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

As a Workday Functional Manager your primary responsibilities may include:
Oversee multiple functional work streams/domains on a Workday implementation project (e.g, function as the overall HCM Lead for the project) or function as the lead for theHCMwork stream function as the expert inHCM

Manage on andoff-shorefunctional teams
Leadthe HCM work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limitedto: compensation grades, grade ranges, compensation steps, compensation plans, eligibility rules, advanced compensation configuration and processing
Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
Architect Workday HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices.

Demonstrate design optionsusingprototyping.
Understand and apply Workday and AccentureDayNinemethodologies.
Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives

Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Heres what you need:
Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification
4+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
2+ years of hands on experience delivering Advanced Compensation implementations in a leadership role
Experience managing cross functional teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience) & ability to travel up to 80%

Bonus points if:
3+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.

HR knowledge and HR Technology experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP technologies (preferably cloud based)
Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client relationship management
Demonstrated understanding of the cross functional dependencies and impacts to conversions and integrations
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
