This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning and HR.

The enterprise data-reporting software of Workday, Inc., is a critical component of many of the cloud solutions we design, which is why Accenture has assembled a team of more than 2,000 Workday-certified professionals.

Accentures Workday Education and Government Practice seeks a dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual to join our Higher Education Proposal and Marketing Team. Our ideal candidate has excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, manages competing priorities and deadlines with ease, is creative, flexible, comfortable with technology, and loves to learn!

Accentures Workday Higher Education Proposal and Marketing team works closely with multiple sales, delivery, management, and executive teams throughout the organization to produce a large volume of high-quality proposals, presentations, client success stories, and other collateral. We also support multiple large and small marketing and sales-related events.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

+ Proposal Development: Assist with or lead the development of formal and informal proposals and presentations related to Accentures services and offerings for higher education. Key tasks include: gathering content, technical writing, editing, proofing/formatting to conform to internal styles and standards, basic graphic design, preparing for production, and coordinating delivery

+ Client Profiles and Case Studies: Working with account managers, project managers, and consultants, gather client/project information, permissions, references, and testimonials for case studies, press releases, and marketing collateral

+ Marketing and Events: Help prepare for and manage Accentures presence at key events and conferences for the higher education market. Assist with planning and coordinating pre-conference promotions, special events, attendance, and registrations

+ Marketing Communications: Assist with the development and production of marketing materials. Work with Corporate Marketing to complete full development and review of higher education marketing materials, including printed collateral, Accentures website, and social media presence

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Here's What You Need:

+ Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to present information clearly, professionally, and persuasively

+ Marketing communication and event management experience (in higher education a plus)

+ Superior organizational and analytical skills with ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Able and willing to work overtime as needed.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint preferred

+ Detail-oriented and able to monitor and comply with strict and often complex RFP instructions

+ Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a team environment with a customer service focus

+ Able to manage virtual teams and coordinate the activities of diverse individuals at all organizational levels and across multiple business units

+ Technology consulting experience; familiarity with enterprise IT system(s)

+ Experience working with higher education institutions

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience;advanced degree preferred
