Job Description:


The Maintenance & Housekeeping Lead is responsible for coordinating all aspects of workplace maintenance & housekeeping in Accentures customer service driven corporate office. The Maintenance & Housekeeping Lead will provide leadership and direction in matters related to facility operations and scope/quality of services.


Key Responsibilities Include:





+ Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance duties of workplace employees


+ Works as a business partner with the Office Services Lead, overseeing maintenance projects and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner


+ Strong focus on hospitality and customer service


+ Comfortable assisting with any workplace position and showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed


+ Plan and manage operations and delivery of services


+ Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision within the areas of responsibility


+ Manage relationships with internal leadership and stakeholders


+ Develop and manage contract relationships with external service providers


+ Lead workgroup of 2+ to achieve the appropriate level of external, and internal customer satisfaction


+ Execute/oversee the regular scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs of infrastructure and equipment


+ Execute/oversee the activities required to ensure interiors are of a sufficient standard as defined by Accenture policies and standards


+ Execute/oversee the purchasing, maintenance and disposal of company Workplace assets, in line with Accenture and local policy


+ Execute/oversee the delivery of cleaning services within the facility, managing the relationship with the vendor and ensuring standards for cleanliness are adhered to


+ Support the day to day management of a Workplace commodity


+ Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met


+ Receiving and prioritizing workorders while ensuring quality control


+ Maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the workplace including but not limited to, open workspaces, enclosed offices and meeting spaces, pantries, restrooms, reception areas, and receiving areas


+ Conducting physical maintenance, and housekeeping inspections


+ Directing general construction, installation, and repair of all electrical, mechanical and architectural systems throughout the facility to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and cleanliness


+ Assists in the execution of capital projects and property rehabilitations


+ Consistently orders and maintains inventory of all necessary cleaning and maintenance products





Role Requirements:




+ Overtime may be required periodically


+ Flexibility with work schedule may be required periodically


+ Full availability to work 7am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, and occasionally outside of these hours









Basic Qualifications:






+ GED or High school Diploma


+ Minimum of 3 yrs facilities maintenance in a hospitality or professional setting


+ Minimum of 3 yrs of building maintenance experience





Preferred Qualifications:





+ College degree preferred


+ Exceptional customer service abilities. Luxury/5-star customer experience preferred


+ Ability of to use computers, Microsoft Office, and other software systems


+ Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.


+ Standing for 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation


+ Knowledge of building mechanical systems such as, but not limited to, painting, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, fire detection


+ Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (word/excel/PowerPoint)


+ Comfortable with technology and Audio-Visual set ups (advanced skills a plus)
